Job Title: Regional Field Marketing Specialist

About the Role:

We're looking for a professional with a passion for developing relationships and driving impact within their community. As a Regional Field Marketing Specialist, you'll be responsible for identifying, managing, and nurturing existing and new relationships with community-based organizations to maximize opportunities.

You'll also identify, negotiate, and execute community sponsorship opportunities that support sales strategies and key initiatives, growth targets, and build strategic value for the organization within defined territory.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify and manage relationships with community-based organizations to maximize opportunities.
  • Negotiate and execute community sponsorship opportunities that support sales strategies and key initiatives.
  • Design and implement programming for activation of partnerships and work cross-departmentally to execute successfully.
  • Keep abreast of regional nuances, requirements, and developments in the community and healthcare segments.
  • Build and develop a positive relationship with the Sales teams across the assigned territory and maintain frequent communication to determine needs and most appropriate use of resources.
  • Collaborate with MVP Health Care marketing partners to identify collateral and promotional asset needs, as well as provide field input and insights.
  • Leverage and update and manage CRM (Dynamics) to track and report on lead generation outcomes.
  • Contribute to Dynamics lead flow and process improvements over time.
  • Plan, develop, coordinate, and conduct community events, including large, sponsored events, small community gatherings, MVP Health Care MEVs (Mobile Enrollment Vehicles)-centered outreach, and MVP Health Care signature events across different lines of business.
