Marketing Supervisor II

At Trustco Bank, we are seeking a highly skilled Marketing Supervisor II to join our team. As a key member of our marketing department, you will be responsible for supporting the bank's marketing efforts, creating and distributing compliant marketing materials, and identifying opportunities for growth and efficiency.
Key Responsibilities:- Create marketing materials using Adobe Design Suite, Canva, and other systems.
- Ensure materials are on brand and compliant, accurately depicting the bank's products and services.
- Support front-line staff by processing event requests, promotional item orders, and other marketing needs.
- Work with the marketing team to develop strategies for traditional, digital, and social media.
- Communicate with vendors and visit branch locations to assess marketing needs.
- Manage projects and oversee the implementation of everyday tasks, such as marketing campaigns.
- Supervise the marketing team's collaboration to create marketing and sales messages.
- Recognize growing markets and market changes to stay ahead of the competition.
- High School Diploma or equivalent education or experience.
- Effective verbal and written communication skills.
- Well-organized with the ability to manage multiple tasks and work to time-sensitive deadlines.
- Ability to work well independently and in groups.
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Office Programs, including Excel and Word.
- Knowledge of Adobe Design Suite is preferred.
- Familiarity with social media and digital marketing.
- Bachelor's degree in a business-related field.
- Bilingual with English and Spanish.
- Digital marketing experience.
The work environment is typical of an office/retail environment, with ambient room temperatures, lighting, and equipment. The physical demands of the job include moving boxes of promotional products and marketing materials, lifting, transporting, and setting up promotional displays, and communicating in person and/or by telephone.
