Job Overview

We are seeking an experienced Customer Service Lead to join our team at Canopy by Hilton. As a key member of our front desk staff, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional guest experiences and ensuring seamless check-ins and check-outs.

Salary: $60,000 - $80,000 per annum

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide warm and welcoming greetings to guests, setting the tone for a memorable stay.
  • Efficiently handle room reservations, checking in and out, and responding to guest inquiries.
  • Maintain accurate records of guest interactions and preferences.
  • Operate our Front Desk computer system with ease and efficiency.
  • Receive, log, and distribute packages, mail, and messages as needed.
  • Demonstrate a passion for customer service and exceed guest expectations.
Requirements
  • At least 2-3 years of progressive experience in a hotel or related field required.
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; college coursework in hospitality helpful.
  • Previous supervisory responsibility preferred.
  • Fluent English communication skills (written and verbal).
  • Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office suite.
  • Ability to work varied shifts, including evenings, nights, weekends, and holidays.
