Customer Service Lead Specialist

As a Customer Service Lead at Burlington, you will be responsible for leading day-to-day customer service initiatives. This includes inspiring and motivating associates to provide exceptional customer service, ensuring a customer-first focus is top priority, and interacting with customers to create a positive shopping experience.

The ideal candidate will have strong leadership skills, a friendly demeanor, and an interest in retail. They must thrive in a fast-paced environment and be able to work a flexible schedule including early mornings, nights, weekends, and holidays as required.

Key responsibilities include driving improvement of friendliness, speed of checkout, and customer feedback surveys by maintaining a customer-first focus. You will also be responsible for maintaining a neat and orderly front end area, troubleshooting issues with registers and transactions, and coordinating meal and break periods.

Candidates must be able to lift and move boxes weighing 40 lbs or more, as well as stand and walk for extended periods of time. The estimated salary for this position is $13-$15 per hour, based on location and experience.
