The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day activities of the team, ensuring that service levels and abandonment rates are met, and providing coaching and guidance to team members as needed.

  • Providing regular feedback and coaching to team members

Requirements and Qualifications

To be considered for this role, candidates must have:

  • A minimum of 5 years of experience in customer service or sales management
  • Proven track record of success in leading high-performing teams
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

Benefits and Compensation

We offer a competitive salary range of $65,000 - $85,000 per year, depending on experience, as well as a comprehensive benefits package including medical, dental, and vision insurance, 401(k) matching, and paid time off.
