Responsibilities:
  • Effective communication with customers via various channels
  • Timely and accurate information provision to customer service orders, status, and product knowledge requests
  • Order processing, changes, and returns management
  • Complaint resolution through problem investigation, solution development, and recommendation
  • Closely working with the Operations Supervisor
  • Customer database maintenance for tracking account information, statuses, orders, and lead times
  • Feedback provision regarding service failures or customer concerns
  • Closely collaborating with Sales Representatives on quotes, order status, etc.
