Your Role:

  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, serving as their primary point of contact for all needs.
  • Lead the onboarding process for new clients, ensuring seamless software implementation and successful account setup.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to address client issues and concerns, acting as a liaison between clients and technical experts.
  • Monitor client health metrics, identifying areas for improvement and implementing strategies to enhance client satisfaction and retention.

Requirements:

  • 3-5 years of experience in customer/client success management for a B2B SaaS product.
  • Proven project management skills, with the ability to juggle multiple client relationships and timelines.
  • Strong organizational skills, with attention to detail and a focus on delivering high-quality results.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build trust with clients and internal stakeholders.
  • A self-directed, action-oriented individual with a passion for working in a fast-paced startup environment.
