Job Title: Customer Success Manager

We're seeking a highly motivated and experienced Customer Success Manager to join our team. As a key member of our Customer Success team, you will be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with our clients, identifying their needs, and developing strategies to drive business growth and retention.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Act as a trusted advisor to our clients, providing guidance and support to achieve their business objectives.
  • Manage a book of business, establishing relationships with clients and driving value to retain them.
  • Develop a deep understanding of our clients' goals and business objectives, aligning them with our solution to drive success.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to advocate for product improvements and drive cross-functional initiatives.
  • Work with the Customer Success team to track key account metrics, iterating on strategies to deliver a world-class experience to our clients.
  • Act as a change manager for our clients, building trust with their key stakeholders and implementing strategies to make complex change seamless.
Requirements:
  • 2+ years of experience in Customer Success or a client-facing role.
  • Proactive attitude, strong organizational skills, and a process-oriented mindset.
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding key metrics.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to present at all levels of an organization.
  • Experience with HubSpot and proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.

  • Competitive salary: $65,000 - $75,000, with a potential 16% annual bonus.
