Customer Success Manager

RaySecur is revolutionizing security imaging with cutting-edge technology that provides x-ray-like imaging without harmful x-rays. As a Customer Success Manager, you will be the primary point of contact for clients in the corrections, law enforcement, and private security sectors, guiding them through hardware setup and software implementation.
Key Responsibilities- Act as the primary point of contact for clients, managing and facilitating the onboarding process.
- Provide hands-on training sessions for clients to ensure they understand how to utilize our hardware and software tools.
- Collaborate with internal teams to resolve client issues related to hardware and software products.
- Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with customers, acting as a trusted advisor for their ongoing needs.
- Learn the ins and outs of our hardware and software solutions, continuously developing your technical understanding to better support clients.
- Collect customer feedback and share insights with internal teams to improve the product and customer experience.
- A background in corrections, law enforcement, security, or the military is highly desired.
- Strong communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills, with a teacher/trainer spirit.
- Technical aptitude with an ability to learn new systems and products quickly.
- Experience working with customers or clients in any capacity is essential.
- A self-starter with a growth mindset and a willingness to take on new challenges.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively in a dynamic environment.
- Comfortable with frequent onsite travel to client locations.
