Job Description

WSH Management is seeking a highly skilled Social Services Coordinator to join our team. This is a full-time position, 40 hours per week, responsible for providing social services to residents in need.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assess residents' needs and provide referrals to relevant services.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with residents, property management staff, and community resources.
  • Conduct regular meetings with property management staff to establish and improve policies and procedures.
  • Help recruit and enroll applicants, provide direction to community resources.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in social work, behavioral health, or related field, or 2-3 years related experience.
  • Minimum 2-3 years working in programs serving homeless or other special needs populations.
  • Experience working in affordable senior housing or other residential settings a plus.
  • Excellent written, verbal, and electronic communication skills.
  • De-escalation, conflict resolution, and crisis response and management skills.
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Word, Outlook, Excel Spreadsheets, Publisher, and Yardi or comparable property management software.
