Automotive Sales Representative

At Infiniti Of Lubbock, we are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Sales Assistant - Visual Merchandising to join our team.
This is an exciting opportunity to work in a fast-paced environment and contribute to the success of our dealership.
The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, a strong work ethic, and the ability to work well in a team environment.
Responsibilities:
- Provide exceptional customer service and sales assistance to customers
- Interview customers to determine their vehicle needs and wants
- Enter customer information into our software system
- Explain product performance, application, and benefits to customers
- Describe optional equipment available for customer purchase
- Attend product and sales training courses and meetings
- Process paperwork and prepare sold vehicles for customer delivery
- Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction
Qualifications:
- Commitment to customer satisfaction
- Ability to work well with others and be a team player
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to learn new processes and adapt quickly
- Internet and computer literate
