Job Overview

Poster Child, the influencer marketing division of Brownstein Group, is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Account Manager to join our team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for assisting with client relations, managing influencer relationships, and executing large-scale influencer marketing initiatives.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage and execute influencer marketing campaigns, including research, identification, and connection with relevant influencers.
  • Support client initiatives through detailed measurement of campaign performance and provide insights to optimize future campaigns.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with influencer agents and managers to ensure seamless communication and execution of campaigns.
  • Manage campaign payment and legal logistics, ensuring timely and accurate execution.
  • Support the team with deck building for pitches and recaps, and spreadsheet building for campaigns.
Requirements
  • 2-3 years of experience in influencer marketing, with a focus on agency experience.
  • Proven track record of managing multiple work streams, schedules, and budgets.
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills, with the ability to adapt to shifting priorities and needs.
  • Proficiency in Google Suite, Keynote, and Word, with experience with influencer management software a plus.
