Job Summary:

McLaren USA is seeking a highly skilled Patient Services Representative to facilitate the delivery of comprehensive cancer care through coordination and scheduling of patient care, outpatient services. The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication and organizational skills, with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate and schedule patient care and outpatient services to ensure seamless delivery of cancer care.
  • Capture and maintain accurate patient medical histories and records.
  • Schedule patient appointments and communicate with referring physicians and/or physician offices.
  • Assist physicians and clinical staff with data collection and data entry for oncology patients.
  • Provide secretarial support, including typing letters and reports, and perform related office duties.

Requirements:

  • High School Diploma or equivalent.
  • Minimum of 1 year previous customer service experience.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Possess 4 months related Radiation Oncology experience.
