About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Patient Services Representative to join our team at McLaren Health Care. As a key member of our Radiation Therapy department, you will play a vital role in facilitating the delivery of comprehensive cancer care.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate and schedule patient care and outpatient services
  • Capture patient medical histories and records, and other health-related information
  • Schedule patient appointments and communicate with referring physicians and/or physician offices
  • Assist physicians and clinical staff with data collection and data entry for oncology patients
  • Provide secretarial support, typing letters and reports, and perform related office duties

Requirements:

  • High School Diploma
  • Minimum of 1 year previous customer service experience
  • Possess 4 months related Radiation Oncology experience (preferred)
