The role of the Ivalua Consultant involves a blend of project management, requirement analysis, and system architecture, configuration, and testing. This position is ideal for a proactive individual who thrives on solving challenges, takes responsibility for tasks, and ensures completion.
Job Responsibilities- Develop a comprehensive project timeline and oversee the implementation within the defined budget.
- Work closely with the solution architect and engineering team to convert client needs into effective system designs.
- Document the system architecture and establish delivery expectations. Collaborate with internal teams and clients to facilitate decision-making and communicate any scope changes.
- Guide clients towards optimal practices and standard solutions.
- Complete the configuration of the Ivalua Buyer platform and collaborate with the team to implement advanced features.
- Establish testing protocols, create testing scripts, and conduct quality assurance tailored to client specifications.
- Partner with technical teams to support data migration, integration, and deployment efforts.
- Acquire in-depth functional knowledge of the Ivalua Solution, maintain thorough documentation, and educate clients on the standard functionalities.
- Act as a mentor to peers and project teams, sharing insights on industry standards and implementation best practices.
- Strong functional understanding of Supplier Relationship Management (SRM), Supply Chain, Procurement, ERP, and SQL.
- Proficient in Project Management methodologies.
- 5 to 8 years of experience in web-based software development and deployment processes.
- Prior experience in software configuration with hands-on involvement.
- Capability to manage and nurture client relationships.
This position is open to local US Citizens, Green Card holders, or individuals from Canada and Mexico (TN Visa) or Green Card EADs.
