Customer Experience Director

Job Description
As an Operational Partnership Specialist, you will be responsible for owning and nurturing operational relationships with partners and unblocking growth opportunities. This includes managing stakeholders, conducting business meetings, and providing solutions to partners looking to improve the operational state.
You will also own operational success plans with partners to maximize their value from Wise. This involves analyzing operational performance, driving strategic improvements, and keeping partners and internal teams accountable to timelines.
Other key responsibilities include scaling internal operations, agreeing on endpoints and webhooks with partners, and analyzing the quality of support provided to partners and their customers.
