Part-Time Office Coordinator

This Part-Time Office Assistant role is an exciting opportunity for individuals looking to start their career in the insurance industry. As a member of our team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, supporting our team in delivering an outstanding client experience.
You will work closely with our team to document customer contacts, take premium payments, and provide ongoing support to insurance clients. If you are a motivated individual with excellent time management skills, we encourage you to apply.
Responsibilities- Document each customer contact in eAgent.
- Take premium payments from customers.
- Ask each customer for referrals and explain our referral program.
- Verify phone numbers, addresses, and email addresses with each customer contact and update customer information.
- Answer incoming phone calls on the first ring.
- Provide exceptional customer service and support.
- Obtain prospects' information such as name, address, vehicle information, and enter into quote sheets.
- Provide ongoing support to insurance clients as needed.
- Handle customer renewals.
- Possess a genuine willingness to learn, be intuitive, and resourceful, and be coachable.
- Possess an upbeat, positive, and enthusiastic attitude.
- Be a great self-starter with a sense of urgency.
- Proficiency to multi-task, follow-thru, and follow-up.
- Professional phone etiquette.
- Follow through and exceed current and prospective client expectations.
- Work well with other employees and be a team player with a positive attitude.
- Strong communication skills, both oral and written.
- Bilingual, fluent in both English and Chinese is preferred.
- Enthusiasm, optimism, and a willingness to see the good in every situation.
