About the Role:

As a Support Specialist at IntuitiveHR, you will play a vital role in assisting our Account Management and Clinical Teams with various client and administrative support tasks. Under the direct supervision of the Support Specialist Manager, you will provide direct assistance to the President and Executive Vice President.

Key Responsibilities:

Assist in compiling data and facilitating the completion of PowerPoint presentations and requests for proposals.
Print and bind presentations as needed.

Administrative Support:

Manage the agenda, set up, and assist with the presentation for regular staff meetings.
Perform receptionist duties, including handling phone calls and emails.
Book travel arrangements and handle general office tasks and administrative duties as assigned by the manager.

Requirements:

Five years of work experience in a professional office environment.
Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel, PowerPoint, Word, and Teams.
Excellent typing skills and ability to handle simultaneous projects, work independently, and efficiently.
Strong verbal and written communication skills, with good attention to detail and organizational skills.
Ability to prioritize work, manage a fast-paced environment, and maintain confidentiality when handling company information.
