Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide world-class customer service to walk-in customers and telephone inquiries.
  • Practice active listening skills with customers, team members, and leadership.
  • Take ownership of customer shipping needs and offer viable solutions.
  • Stay up-to-date on product and service offerings, alternative solutions, and industry trends.
  • Operate equipment, software, and devices with expertise and teach others.
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and safe working environment.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.

Requirements:

  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • Strong computer skills, including Microsoft Office and Adobe Suites.
  • Outstanding phone skills.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills, including spelling and math.
  • Prompt, reliable, and responsible.
  • Able to lift 40+ pounds.
  • Will to work 25 to 30 hours per week for a 6-day work week.
