IMMEDIATE HIRING

Compensation up to $16.75/hour

Available position for 1st shift on weekdays in our Distribution Center. Operational hours are from 7:30 AM to 4:00 PM, Monday through Friday.

The Production Associate - Shared Services role offers the chance to receive training and work across various departments within the CDC Warehouse, including Kaumograph (Heat Press Machine), Quality Assurance, Home Retail, and Samples. Each associate will have a designated primary department but will rotate through others for comprehensive training.

Kaumograph (Heat Press Machine) Department Responsibilities:

  • Execute the complete set-up process and daily tasks.
  • Conduct audits for each carton, ensuring correct labeling and product verification.
  • Follow established process flows to accurately apply kaumograph decals as per guidelines.

Quality Assurance Department Responsibilities:

  • Perform inspections on textile products to detect defects as requested.
  • Gather necessary information (data number, lot number, quantities, and results) for each inspection and categorize findings.
  • Utilize inspection tools and resources proficiently.

Home Retail Department Responsibilities:

  • Assemble packaged products for various retail customers, completing all required packaging reports.
  • Adhere to procedures for accurate assembly, ensuring correct product configurations and labeling.
  • Monitor inventory of marketing and packaging supplies, notifying supervisors of restocking needs.

Samples Department Responsibilities:

  • Identify and prepare products for shipment.
  • Package shipments according to the requirements of each Standard Textile Division.
  • Learn to manage domestic and international shipments using computer shipping databases.

Qualifications:

Required:

  • High School diploma or equivalent.
  • Experience in Quality, Packaging, Inspection, or Assembly.
  • Background in a manufacturing or distribution setting.
  • Ability to lift at least 50 lbs and stand for extended periods.

Preferred:

  • Experience in textiles or packaging is advantageous.
  • Familiarity with Computer Warehouse Management Systems (WMS).
  • Capability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
  • Adaptability to changing priorities and projects.
