We are currently hiring for Configuration Associates in Hebron, Kentucky with one of our clients
Hours: 6 AM - 3:30 PM, Monday - Friday
Pay: $16.00 per hour
About the Role:

This dynamic role involves a variety of tasks to keep our operations running smoothly.
Key Responsibilities:

•
•Assembles electronic or electro-mechanical assemblies, sub-assemblies or products according to product specifications.
•
•Follows established procedures and applies knowledge of concepts, practices and procedures in wiring, soldering, component installation, and cable harnessing to assemble units.
•
•Ensures conformance to specified tolerances.
•
•May disassemble and correct malfunctions.
•
•Other responsibilities may include the assembly of test kits or other packing/labeling tasks.
What We’re Looking For:

•Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
•
•Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.
•
•A team player with a keen eye for detail.
•
•Comfortable working in a fast-paced, sometimes noisy warehouse environment.
•
•Ability to follow directions and adhere to performance and safety standards.
•
•Prior experience in a similar role (manufacturing, transportation, warehousing) is a plus, but not required.
•
•High school diploma or GED required.
•
•Little to no experience necessary—we provide training
