Production Associate Role

We are in search of a production associate to become a vital part of our production department, reporting directly to our shift supervisor.

Shift Schedule

Sunday - Thursday 3:30 PM - Midnight (overtime as business requires).

Key Responsibilities:
- Interpret work orders to ascertain production specifications for each door
- Identify, locate, and retrieve the appropriate door slab and additional components
- Adjust the door slab as needed to meet specifications
- Utilize routers, saws, jigs, aluminum brakes, pneumatic nailers, pneumatic sanders, electric and pneumatic drills, and drivers to fabricate, assemble, and disassemble fiberglass, aluminum, and wood products
- Physically transport the door between production stations (up to 75 lbs)
- Inspect work to detect defects, production errors, and quality concerns
- Maintain cleanliness in the shop and perform light maintenance tasks
- Undertake other assigned duties

The ideal candidate will have experience in a manufacturing, distribution, or operations-oriented environment, although we are willing to train candidates who exemplify our core values.
