Position Summary

The Direct Sales Representative serves as the face of ImOn Communications, engaging potential customers to promote and sell our Internet and phone services in accordance with company policies and standards. Sales representatives utilize lead sheets to approach residences and enhance service uptake in designated regions. This role is accountable for meeting an assigned sales target based on the number of sales, net contribution per sale, and recurring monthly revenue per sale.

Work Schedule

Tuesday - Friday: 10:00 AM - 7:00 PM
Saturday: 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM

Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct door-to-door sales presentations for Internet and phone services within the assigned territory.
  • Ensure customer satisfaction throughout the sales process.
  • Maximize opportunities for customers to acquire and retain their Internet and phone services.
  • Deliver comprehensive and precise information, effectively promoting the value of our services while considering customer profiles and available options.
  • Communicate details regarding products, services, pricing, installation fees, promotional requirements, and special offers clearly and professionally.
  • Maintain a positive company image at all times.
  • Achieve productivity benchmarks set by the department to maximize subscriber acquisition.
  • Submit all sales documentation and collected funds promptly.
  • Maintain accurate records, report sales activities and outcomes, and inform supervisors of any issues as they arise.
  • Follow up on leads, inquiries, complaints, and other communications in a timely manner.
  • Keep scheduled appointments with customers.
  • Participate in meetings and training sessions as required.
  • Work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends as necessary.
Qualifications

We are seeking candidates with:

  • A High School Diploma or equivalent; a combination of sales experience and education is acceptable.
  • An Associate's Degree is advantageous.
  • A minimum of 2 years of experience in sales or marketing; door-to-door sales experience is a plus.
  • Basic computer skills.
  • The ability to work flexible hours to meet sales goals.
  • A warm and professional demeanor.
  • A professional appearance suitable for both office and field environments.
  • A valid driver's license, a good driving record, and reliable transportation.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to exercise independent judgment in significant matters.
