About the Role

As an HR Generalist at TCWGlobal, you will be responsible for providing strategic guidance and support to our employees and leadership team. Your primary focus will be on employee relations, performance management, organizational development, and compliance.

With a strong background in Human Resources and a passion for talent management, you will drive initiatives that enhance the overall productivity and efficiency of our organization.

The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or a related field, with 2+ years of experience as an HR Generalist. You will possess excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to interact effectively with employees at all levels of the organization.

Salary: $95,000 - $115,000 per year.

Responsibilities:

  • Provide guidance and support on employee relations issues
  • Lead performance management processes
  • Drive initiatives that enhance organizational effectiveness
  • Ensure compliance with all federal, state, and local employment laws and regulations
  • Understand the business needs and provide consultancy advice to leaders
