About the Role

This exciting opportunity will see you develop and maintain strong relationships with pharmaceutical and life science companies, fostering strategic partnerships that advance our shared goals. You will work closely with senior executives, physicians, faculty, and other stakeholders to facilitate meetings, negotiate contracts, and manage complex projects.

Your Key Responsibilities

  • Lead project management cycles, including initiating, planning, executing, monitoring, controlling, and closing.
  • Direct development of action plans, estimating resource requirements, and managing stakeholder expectations.
  • Create comprehensive change management strategies and communication plans.
  • Manage risk, control, and report on risks associated with multiple projects.

Requirements

">

To succeed in this role, you will need:

">
  • A Life Science Bachelor's degree and ten years of progressively responsible project management experience.
  • Demonstrated ability to organize work, manage multiple projects, and employ integration, scope time management, cost, quality, human resources, communications, risk, and procurement components.
  • Exceptional written and oral communication skills, as well as in-depth knowledge of university operations, administration, community, and mission.
  • Ability to lead cross-functional teams and demonstrate resilience, diplomacy, influence, relationship building, and problem-solving skills.

Benefits and Compensation

We offer a competitive salary range of $190,194 to $215,129 per annum, plus an extensive benefits package that includes comprehensive health insurance, retirement savings options, and generous paid time off.
