Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Call Center Representative. In this role, you will provide exceptional service to our customers, resolving their inquiries and issues in a timely and professional manner.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide initial contact response to customers via telephone, resolving straightforward requests and questions
  • Assist customers in registering for the self-service portal, verifying their identity and information
  • Log Problem Incident Reports (PIRS) for system defects and report to the Redesign Team
  • Complete basic data entry to initiate the loan process and resolve rudimentary Retirement System matters
  • Operate a personal computer to access mainframe data and Lotus Notes databases
Requirements
  • High school graduation or equivalency and one year of experience in a customer service role
  • 30 college semester credit hours
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
  • Ability to work accurately and efficiently in a fast-paced environment
