Job Overview: We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Certified Medical Assistant to join our team at Chatham Orthopaedic Associates in Savannah, GA. As a Certified Medical Assistant, you will play a vital role in delivering exceptional patient care and supporting our healthcare professionals in providing top-quality medical services.

About the Role:
• Work under the general direction of the Director of Operations to assess, plan, implement, and evaluate the delivery of healthcare services.
• Continuously improve patient satisfaction by participating in quality improvement initiatives and identifying areas for growth and development.
• Collaborate with physicians, mid-level providers, therapists, orthopaedic technicians, and radiology technologists to provide direct patient observation, care, and assistance.

Responsibilities:
• Review patient records and prepare exam rooms with necessary equipment/supplies for each patient's visit.
• Coordinate in-house MRIs, x-rays, therapy services, and DME services as directed by physicians/mid-level providers.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records and charts in the system.
• Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare team members to ensure seamless care coordination.
• Participate in ongoing education and training to enhance knowledge and skills related to patient care and medical services.

Requirements:
• High School Graduate or equivalent required.
• Entry-Level experience preferred.
• Certification/License Required.

The salary for this position is estimated to be around $48,000-$65,000 per year, depending on experience.
