Nurse Leadership and Patient Care Coordinator

The Clinical Nurse Coordinator plays a vital role in ensuring high-quality, patient-centered care and coordination of all functions in the CVICU unit during the designated shift.
Key Responsibilities- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop effective patient care plans and ensure efficient throughput.
- Assess and evaluate the quality of patient care services provided in the CVICU unit, identifying opportunities for improvement.
Requirements
- Basic Cardiac Life Support certification required within 30 days of employment start date
- Registered Nurse license and Associate Degree or Registered Nurse Diploma required
