Job Summary

Oracle is seeking a highly skilled Field Support Specialist 3 to provide technical support and service programs to customers and field personnel on-site at customers or remotely. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in hardware, software, and networking, with excellent problem-solving skills and a commitment to delivering high-quality customer service.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide technical support and service programs to customers and field personnel on-site at customers or remotely

• Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues with hardware, software, and networking systems

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and resolve technical issues

• Develop and maintain technical knowledge and skills to stay up-to-date with industry trends and technologies

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field

• 3+ years of experience in technical support or a related field

• Strong knowledge of hardware, software, and networking systems

• Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work independently

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
