Operating from a central location, you will manage a pipeline of leads generated by the company, serving as the primary guide for borrowers from the initial inquiry through to loan closure. By utilizing your expertise alongside the company's innovative technology, your responsibilities will include assessing borrower qualifications and navigating them through the loan process with the assistance of a dedicated team. Your contributions will be vital in transforming customer inquiries into finalized loans.

Key Responsibilities

  • Serve as the main point of contact for clients via various communication channels
  • Provide outstanding customer service by swiftly addressing inquiries regarding applications, quotes, and the lending process
  • Leverage technology to improve client interactions and implement a long-term client engagement strategy
  • Meet both personal and organizational sales objectives
  • Collaborate with colleagues to refine the sales approach
  • Conduct thorough evaluations of new pre-qualifications and applications for eligibility
  • Engage with clients post-funding for feedback and referrals
  • Keep clients updated on new mortgage offerings, rates, policies, and procedures
  • Participate in training and licensing initiatives to enhance skills and support team development

Required Qualifications

  • A degree from an accredited institution or equivalent experience is preferred
  • A minimum of 1 year in a sales or customer service role
  • At least 1 year of experience in Mortgage Sales is required
  • An MLO license is essential
  • Proven ability to establish strong relationships with loan applicants throughout the process
  • Excellent communication abilities with a friendly and empathetic demeanor
  • Skilled in managing a pipeline effectively
