Your Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional customer service in a sales-focused environment
- Identify potential clients through incoming leads
- Perform customer needs assessments and build trust
- Follow up with clients, finalize sales, and guide them on subsequent steps
Compensation Structure
- Loan Originators receive a base salary of $20.20 per hour, plus commissions and bonuses
Candidate Requirements
- Proven track record in sales or customer service
- Excellent communication and relationship-building abilities
- Capability to manage multiple tasks and excel in a dynamic environment
- Collaborative team player with a competitive mindset
- Bachelor's degree and a minimum of 2 years of professional experience preferred
