Your role will involve daily lead tracking, scheduling appointments for the mortgage team, preparing essential documentation, and addressing customer inquiries regarding transactions as necessary.

Compensation:$55,000 - $60,000 annually
Key Responsibilities:- Act as the main point of contact between the mortgage loan officer and clients, coordinating meetings to discuss pending matters.
- Organize and prepare necessary documentation for verifications and underwriting, including loan files, packages, credit reports, and other mortgage application materials.
- Respond to inquiries about transactions from clients and company personnel to maintain a high standard of customer satisfaction.
- Review all loan package documents for accuracy and report any discrepancies to the loan officer or loan originator.
- Assist with administrative tasks such as making and screening calls, scheduling appointments, and more.
- 2-3 years of experience in a professional office setting, administration, or mortgage-related roles is preferred.
- Familiarity with basic loan financing options, including conventional loans, FHA, VA, adjustable/fixed, and commercial loans.
- Strong customer service and communication skills, with a commitment to exceeding client and team expectations.
- Proficiency in MS Office is required; experience with CRM, MLS, DU, and proprietary mortgage software is a plus.
- An NMLS license is preferred but not mandatory.
