About this Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Safety and Compliance Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for ensuring compliance with safety regulations, conducting field audits, and providing training and education to our employees.

Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct Field Audits and Inspections

Conduct regular field audits and inspections to ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies.

Provide Safety Training and Education

Develop and deliver safety training programs to ensure that employees have the knowledge and skills necessary to perform their jobs safely.

Investigate Incidents and Near Misses

Conduct thorough investigations of incidents and near misses to identify root causes and implement corrective actions.

Develop and Implement Safety Policies and Procedures

Develop and implement safety policies and procedures to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and company policies.

Collaborate with Management and Employees

Work closely with management and employees to ensure that safety is integrated into all aspects of our operations.

Requirements

  • Associate Degree or Equivalent

A minimum of an associate degree or equivalent work experience in a related field.

Knowledge of Safety Regulations

Knowledge of OSHA regulations and industry standards.

Excellent Communication Skills

Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Bilingual in Spanish

Bilingual in Spanish is strongly preferred.
