**About the Role:

We are seeking an organized and detail-oriented Caregiver Coordinator to join our team at Providence Careers. As a key member of our staff, you will be responsible for coordinating caregiver activities and ensuring seamless transitions of care.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in caregiving and excellent communication skills. You will work closely with our interdisciplinary teams to identify areas for improvement and develop solutions to enhance our patients' experiences.

**Requirements:**

  • Diploma or Associate's degree in Healthcare or related field
  • 2+ years of experience in caregiving
