About the Job

We are seeking an Oncology Nurse Navigator to join our team at Providence. This role is a crucial part of our care coordination process, providing patients with comprehensive support and guidance throughout their cancer journey.

Key Responsibilities
  • Triaging patients' physical, psychological, and social needs
  • Providing education and resources to empower patients to participate in their care
  • Facilitating communication between patients, families, and healthcare providers
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Nursing or related field
  • Oregon Registered Nurse License upon hire
  • National Provider BLS - American Heart Association upon hire
  • OCN certification within 18 months of hire
  • At least 3 years of Oncology experience
