Job Summary

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrative Coordinator to join our team at Lightshare Behavioral Wellness & Recovery. The successful candidate will provide exceptional support to our staff and clients, ensuring a smooth and efficient work environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Client Support: Assist patients with processing, questions, and client care, providing a high level of customer service and ensuring their needs are met.
  • Administrative Tasks: Verify and enter eligibility information for multiple insurances, accurately enter date and collect co-pays, and complete Credible reports for the director.
  • Record Management: Assist with medical records, including scanning and auditing, and maintain accurate and up-to-date records.
  • Reporting and Scheduling: Create and distribute monthly reports, coordinate central intake schedules, and complete all training requirements in a timely manner.
  • Team Collaboration: Work collaboratively with colleagues to achieve team goals, provide support and assistance as needed, and maintain a positive and professional work attitude.
Requirements
  • Education: High School diploma or GED equivalent is required.
  • Experience: Experience in providing front desk reception and routing calls through a multiline phone system is preferred.
  • Skills: Strong computer skills, preferably using Outlook, Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint, and excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Language: Bilingual is preferred.
