Responsibilities

As a Retail Sales Consultant, you will be responsible for delivering a world-class customer experience. This includes:

* Engaging with customers and building relationships
* Assisting with merchandise selection and answering questions
* Participating in team selling and contributing to sales volume and metrics goals
* Assisting with visual merchandising and store-related projects
* Maintaining the fitting room areas and handling customer purchases and returns

Physical Requirements

* Ability to stand and walk for the majority of work shift
* Frequently bend, squat, and twist
* Lift up to 50 lbs.
* Climb a ladder to reach merchandise and supplies
* See and distinguish between fabric patterns and colors
