Opportunity for a Home Sales Consultant

Become a vital part of the sales force at Adams Homes, where you will serve as a knowledgeable Home Sales Consultant. This position involves assisting prospective homeowners throughout the purchasing journey with expertise and enthusiasm, employing our customer relationship management system for follow-ups, and executing lead generation strategies in line with company protocols.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Engage with prospective buyers to ascertain their needs.
  • Present model homes and available properties to showcase features.
  • Oversee the sales process from initial agreement to final closing.
  • Deliver outstanding customer service and assistance.
  • Work collaboratively with marketing and construction departments.
Qualifications:
  • Strong communication and negotiation abilities.
  • Familiarity with Microsoft Office and CRM applications.
  • Availability to work flexible hours, including weekends.
  • Possession of a valid driver's license and dependable transportation.
  • North Carolina Real Estate License is required.
