Residential Sales Representative

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Residential Sales Representative to join our team at Vector Security, Inc. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for meeting and exceeding sales quotas, prospecting for new clients, and establishing mutually beneficial relationships with existing clients.
Key Responsibilities:
- Meet or exceed monthly and annual sales quotas
- Prospect for new clients and establish relationships with existing clients to obtain referrals
- Inspect and review physical premises, design system requirements in accordance with client needs
- Prepare documents according to established company guidelines
- Closing sales and offering exceptional customer service and follow-up
- Monitor job progress and demonstrate operation of security system, including a final walk-through with clients
Requirements:
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- 1-Year Prospecting Sales experience
- 1-Year Outside Sales experience
- Bilingual Sales Experience - a plus
- Sales ability/persuasiveness
- Self-starter
- Valid Driver's License
- Lead Generation
- Presentation Skills
- Rapport Building
