Job Overview

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Residential Sales Representative to join our team at Vector Security, Inc. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for meeting and exceeding sales quotas, prospecting for new clients, and establishing mutually beneficial relationships with existing clients.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Meet or exceed monthly and annual sales quotas
  • Prospect for new clients and establish relationships with existing clients to obtain referrals
  • Inspect and review physical premises, design system requirements in accordance with client needs
  • Prepare documents according to established company guidelines
  • Closing sales and offering exceptional customer service and follow-up
  • Monitor job progress and demonstrate operation of security system, including a final walk-through with clients

Requirements:

  • High School Diploma or equivalent
  • 1-Year Prospecting Sales experience
  • 1-Year Outside Sales experience
  • Bilingual Sales Experience - a plus
  • Sales ability/persuasiveness
  • Self-starter
  • Valid Driver's License
  • Lead Generation
  • Presentation Skills
  • Rapport Building
  • Team Player
  • Enthusiastic
  • Ability to Make an Impact
  • Goal Completion
