The primary focus is to assist staff with benefit-related inquiries and improve operational processes. Key responsibilities include:
- Guiding employees through the benefits landscape.
- Responding to inquiries regarding benefits, enrollment procedures, and reconciliation of benefits.
- Facilitating communication between employees and insurance providers for benefit-related questions.
- Proactively reaching out to insurance companies to resolve queries.
- Identifying process inefficiencies and proposing enhancements.
- Collaborating with the Benefits Lead to implement improvements and optimize workflows.
