  • Guiding employees through the benefits landscape.
  • Responding to inquiries regarding benefits, enrollment procedures, and reconciliation of benefits.
  • Facilitating communication between employees and insurance providers for benefit-related questions.
  • Proactively reaching out to insurance companies to resolve queries.
  • Identifying process inefficiencies and proposing enhancements.
  • Collaborating with the Benefits Lead to implement improvements and optimize workflows.
