As the Auditorium Manager, you will play a crucial role in inspiring and preparing every student to reach their aspirations, contribute to the community, and engage in lifelong learning. You will oversee all auditorium activities to ensure seamless operations during and outside of regular school hours, while also managing the inventory of sound, lighting, and other essential equipment.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Assist in organizing the schedule for events and personnel in the auditorium, demonstrating proficiency with various technological tools and software.
  • Effectively operate sound and lighting equipment within the auditorium.
  • Facilitate consultations with event permit holders.
  • Recruit, train, supervise, and provide guidance to Auditorium Technicians.
  • Deliver outstanding customer service.
  • Ensure safety protocols are followed and coordinate necessary maintenance or repairs.
  • Maintain an updated inventory of current equipment and supplies, as well as identify additional needs.
  • Be present during events as required.
Qualifications:
  • High School diploma or GED; must be over 18 years old.
  • Experience with advanced theater sound and lighting systems.
  • Ability to effectively communicate and collaborate with individuals from diverse backgrounds.
  • Strong organizational skills.
  • Lift certification preferred; training will be provided.
Compensation:
  • $24.00/hour
Work Schedule:
  • Casual, part-time hours that vary based on scheduled events requiring auditorium staff support.
