Position Overview

We are seeking skilled Software Engineers to contribute to the advancement of the company's innovative Distribution Management System (DMS). As a member of an Agile development team, you will be crucial in developing the integrated real-time solution used for optimizing, managing, and supervising the operation of the electrical distribution grid. Your efforts in this role will significantly influence software that directly impacts thousands of daily users, along with millions of utility customers who depend on these applications for reliable service.

To excel in this role, you should have a strong understanding of software development methodologies along with a passion for continuous learning. Furthermore, you should exhibit self-motivation and organizational capabilities to effectively plan and execute moderately complex development initiatives.

Your Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with fellow developers, product managers, and architects to create software that meets our customers' complex needs.
  • Design and implement technical strategies as the project lead.
  • Interpret intricate designs as part of a cohesive team.
  • Provide mentorship and training to team members in your area of expertise.
  • Assist clients in troubleshooting software challenges.
  • Identify opportunities for improvement within the current software solution.

Qualifications Required

  • 2+ years of practical experience with C/C++.
  • Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or a related technical discipline.
  • Ability to adapt to feedback and changing requirements.
  • Familiarity with algorithms and complex data structures.
  • Proficiency in working with APIs and daemon processes.
