We seek an individual proficient in the operation of CNC machinery, encompassing setup and programming tasks.
Position Summary: As a CNC Machine Operator, your primary responsibility will be to set up, operate, and maintain CNC machines to manufacture high-precision components according to defined specifications. This role will require you to interpret technical schematics, adjust machine parameters, and uphold product quality standards.
Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare CNC machines by installing necessary fixtures, tools, and materials.
- Load raw materials into the machine, ensuring accurate positioning.
- Interpret technical schematics and blueprints for machining tasks.
- Program CNC machines utilizing CAM software or manual controls.
- Oversee machine operations, making necessary adjustments to ensure optimal performance.
- Conduct inspections of finished components using precision measuring tools.
- Diagnose and resolve machine, tool, or material issues while performing routine maintenance.
- Maintain a clean and safe workspace in accordance with company protocols.

Qualifications:
