Key Responsibilities
  • Customer Interaction: Assist customers in selecting a vehicle that meets their needs, answer questions, and provide timely follow-up to ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Vehicle Delivery: Deliver vehicles to customers, ensuring they understand the vehicle's features, warranty, and paperwork, and laying the foundation for customer loyalty.
  • Inventory Management: Stay up-to-date on incoming inventory, features, and accessories, and communicate their benefits to customers.
  • Service Department Introduction: Introduce customers to service department personnel to emphasize the quality and efficiency of service repairs and maintenance available in the dealership's service department.
Requirements
  • 2+ years of Sales or Customer Service Experience
  • Minimum high school diploma or GED equivalent required
  • Excellent customer service, organizational, and negotiation skills
  • Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and enthusiastic presence in a team environment
  • Prior proven customer-service or retail sales experience
  • 18+ years of age or older to comply with the company driving policy
