Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Sales Manager to lead and motivate a team of experienced Wireless Sales Pros to achieve sales and business targets in 3-4 retail locations.

The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales objectives, excellent communication skills, and the ability to lead and execute recruiting efforts to maintain required staffing levels of top-quality talent.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Recruit, lead, and motivate a team of Wireless Sales Pros
  • Inspire and motivate the teams to achieve assigned sales and reporting targets
  • Lead and execute recruiting efforts to maintain required staffing levels
  • Foster professional and productive relationships with in-store management and associates

Requirements:

  • Minimum of two years of sales experience with a proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales objectives
  • Management experience preferred
  • Wireless or related experience preferred
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbally and written
