Job Summary
Source is seeking a skilled Purchasing Project Manager to lead project purchasing, communicate with clients, work with our trusted vendors, and manage multiple projects from early stages through installation and completion. This role will help to implement new and innovative ways to purchase FF&E (furniture, fixtures, and equipment) while streamlining the process and saving time and resources.

Key Responsibilities
• Work closely with internal or external specification requirements to ensure specs are staying within budget and within design constraints and vision
• Identify priorities of each individual project with team members
• Audit all specifications and floorplans and work with designer and/or architect to identify any clarifications
• Work with local and national vendor representatives to confirm and pricing and lead time information not available on Source platform
• Work with internal teams to keep vendor pricing up to date on the platform for brands that we have uploaded
• Work within Source platform to automatically generate specification sheets for designer and client sign off
• Work with Logistics team to determine warehousing plan by project
• Generate purchase orders, review all invoices, and work with accounting team to pay all vendors in a timely manner
• Process any change orders as needed
• Solidify project timeline and document all estimated delivery dates
• Ensure timely signoff on any necessary sample or finish submittals
• Work with project team to track all orders regularly, ensuring accurate and transparent timeline
• Work with Installation Manager to determine onsite installation dates and requirements
• Work with Installation Manager on punch list items post-installation
• Communicate regularly with client and team to provide project status and any updates
• Closely track budget and ensure all changes are appropriately communicated
• Monitor close out documentation as it is being prepared throughout the project and ensure it is completed within 30 days of installation completion

Requirements
• 5+ years work experience in Hospitality Procurement
• Proficiency in Google Workplace and Microsoft Suite
• Proficiency in procurement Software a plus
• Strong communication including excellent presentation skills
• Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast paced environment
• Excellent attention to detail
• Independently oversee and manage large complex projects
• Effectively work with both internal and external team members
• Strong interpersonal and problem solving skills
• Proactively react and respond to any project concerns or issues
• Familiarity with commercial interior products and proficient in reading architectural floor plans and specifications
• Meet strict and demanding deadlines on a regular basis
• Associates or Bachelors Degree in project management, business management or related field preferred
