Senior Account Executive New Build Cox Communities

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Account Executive to join our New Build team at Cox Communications. As a Senior Account Executive, you will play a critical role in driving revenue growth and market penetration through strategic partnerships with industry leaders.
Key Responsibilities- Negotiate and establish profitable residential service agreements with key stakeholders.
- Implement and ensure internal and property owner compliance to residential agreements/contracts.
- Work closely with the National Account Manager to develop and execute strategic account management plans.
- Evaluate the value and serviceability of potential communities, including ROI assessments and financial modeling.
- Continuously design and implement strategies to maximize the number of profitable contracts signed and community service rights retained.
- Position, build relationships, and negotiate with key stakeholders to drive business growth.
- Assess telecommunications/entertainment needs of potential clients and deliver product presentations to suggest solutions that complement their business strategies.
- Proactively manage all aspects of the Cox Communities agreement during all phases of the agreement lifecycle.
- Serve as a key point of contact for relevant industry partners, ensuring timely response and resolution to any issues/inquiries.
- Develop and cultivate long-term relationships with industry partners to maximize Cox's opportunity to have a seat at the negotiation table, revenue growth, and drive product penetration.
We offer a competitive salary range of $71,800.00 - $107,600.00 per year, plus an annual incentive/commission target of $38,496.00. Our benefits package includes a generous suite of healthcare benefits, 401(k) matching, life insurance, disability insurance, and more.
Requirements- Bachelor's degree in a related discipline and 6 years' experience in a related field.
- Strong knowledge of CRM tools, database tools, Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, SPSS & SAS.
- Strong interpersonal, leadership, presentation, and collaborative skills to work effectively with teams throughout the organization.
- Adept at data analysis and interpretation to make data-based decisions.
- Strong understanding of business acumen.
- Strong sales and negotiation/strategic prudence.
- Maintain a global perspective by continuously protecting Cox's best interests.
