Behavioral Health Support Specialist

In this role, you will participate as a member of a multi-disciplinary team, provide phone screenings, engage clients, and maintain working relationships through creative strategies. You will also be responsible for creating and implementing client-centered disposition plans, facilitating group treatment services, and documenting services provided.
The estimated salary for this role is $50,000 - $60,000 per year, depending on experience. Key Qualifications:
- Relevant Bachelor's degree in social work, psychology, or a related behavioral science.
- Ability to meet Washington Department of Health requirements for registration as a Registered Agency Affiliated Counselor (AAC).
- Experience working with individuals with severe and persistent mental illnesses and/or chemical dependency issues.
