Behavioral Support Specialist

We are seeking a highly motivated Behavioral Support Specialist to join our team at Amergis. As a key member of our staff, you will provide critical support to individuals with special needs, working closely with our team of experts to develop and implement effective behavior plans.

Responsibilities:
- Implement behavior management techniques and provide crisis intervention.
- Review and implement behavior intervention plans and conduct ABA-specific therapeutic services.
- Assist in facilitating academic instruction and document sessions accurately.
- Collect, interpret, and report on behavioral and academic data.
Requirements:
- Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) certification and/or State Certified Behavior Technician (CBT) license.
- High School diploma or equivalent required.
- Two years of relevant experience preferred.
