Job Description

We are seeking a highly motivated and compassionate Behavioral Health Specialist to join our team at Sea Mar Community Health Centers. As a member of our multi-disciplinary treatment team, you will provide direct services to patients in a residential setting.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide individual and group counseling sessions to patients with substance abuse issues and mental health problems.
  • Develop and implement treatment plans tailored to each patient's needs.
  • Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive care.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Psychology, Sociology, Human Services, or related field.
  • Minimum 1-3 years of experience working with high-risk youth or adults.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
